LouAnn Conner
LouAnn Conner founded SagaciousThink, LLC in 2008 and has extensive experience in operations, transition management, and startups. She has worked in variety of verticals including telecommunications, IT, federal government contracting, aerospace and defense, and clean technology. Ms. Conner holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in International Business from Johns Hopkins University – Carey School of Business. Additionally, she has a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, a Master’s Certification in Business Process Engineering, and is also Six Sigma and Lean trained.
She serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and the Executive Committee for the Alumni Council of The Johns Hopkins University where she serves as Second Vice President. She also established the Bay Area Chapter for Johns Hopkins Carey Alumni. Ms. Conner is passionate about helping startups. She advises women-led startups for Astia (a non-profit focused on giving women lead companies more opportunities) and mentors some of her business students. She is a published author and an invited speaker. She is an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley Extension teaching entrepreneurship classes. She teaches the Entrepreneurship, Contextual Environment of Business, International Business & Strategy and Managerial Analysis and Team Dynamics to MBA students at Golden Gate University’s Ageno School of Business. She was recognized as Outstanding Adjunct in 2015.
