Andrew Filler is a Partner and General Counsel of Sherpa Technology Group, an IP consultancy for major brands, and has served as Vice President of Intellectual Property for Nanosys for twenty years, a leader in nanotechnology materials for the display industry. He also consuts with a number of technology companies in Silicon Valley, Canada, Europe and Japan on a variety of legal, business, and intellectual property matters. He has more than 25 years of intellectual property management, legal and business experience and expertise.

Andrew Filler graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, holds a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco Law School and was named one of the top corporate IP attorneys in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.
