Charlotte Selles

Born and raised in France, Charlotte opened her family’s winery ($100MM+ revenue) subsidiary in San Francisco in 1994 where her team grew sales in the US, Asia and Latin America. She successfully orchestrated the acquisition of the family business by focusing on strategic potential acquirers and maximizing intangible assets value.
After completing an executive MBA, she went on building an extensive global experience that spans categories (Wines, Spirits, Cannabis), segments (from $600 California cult to premium retail brands, including Sparkling) and company types (private and public). She managed mature portfolios and launched new brands for startups.

Most recently the General Manager of the Robert Mondavi Winery, Charlotte now helps founders prepare their exit by maximizing the value of their intangible assets. She also leads the entrepreneurial module of Sonoma’s State University Global Wine Executive MBA program.

She firmly believes that visionary leadership, strategic planning skills and execution excellence are critical to succeed. That said, building genuine relationships and teams are the keys to her performance. More than experience, social capital is the only currency that matters.

Net Social Capital, LLC is a consulting firm focused on helping founders prepare their exit strategies by maximizing the value of their intangible assets.
