Dogakan is a co-founder and managing partner, leading strategy and operations at Crea, a product development company designed for startups in the Bay Area.

Previously, he worked as a management consultant for a decade, leading strategy & operations projects, managing cross-functional teams, and working with C-level executives at Fortune 500 technology and consumer business companies, including Apple, Adobe, Walmart, Kohl’s, Google, Nike, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Costco, Target, Activision Blizzard…

During his graduate studies at UC Berkeley, Dogakan co-founded the first student-led venture capital fund – Courtyard Ventures, at Haas School of Business. He led the Berkeley Entrepreneurs Association as president and worked at Skydeck Berkeley as a business strategist to support its global expansion.

He serves as an advisor in Skydeck Berkeley and is a GSI Lecturer for Venture Capital and Private Equity Course at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
