James has always worked at the intersection of ideas and monetization. He co-founded the banking software company which sells the WizTM SaaS product line (now a division of Wolters Kluwer, NV http:/WKL-AS). Prior, he co-founded a community-bank advisory firm that did private equity financing and operational consulting. Earlier, he worked in venture capital, derivative swaps for Goldman, Sachs & Co. and on project financings for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. His talent is in creative, strategic marketing and execution (organizational efficiency). He has a BS in Systems Engineering and a Wharton BS from the Management & Technology Program at Univ. of Pennsylvania. He also has a Harvard MBA.
