Michael P Carter, PhD

Michael specializes in the strategy, design and development of learning solutions based on emerging technology. He professed history at Dartmouth; directed education research at Apple; produced Oxford, Stanford and Yale’s online offerings; and edited and published research for the MIT Press. He has designed games for kids and grownups about history, science, mathematics, storytelling, executive function, and ecology. He has been a strategic advisor to the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, the Internet Society, the Hewlett and the MacArthur foundations.
