I’m an international entrepreneur, trainer, speaker, and coach. After finishing my MS in Learning Design & Technology and researching innovation education at Stanford, I decided to go on another entrepreneurial journey. I am Co-Founded and CEO of LENUSA, a hispanic focused tech firm that focuses on live events for the Latino market. I also work with high-caliber entrepreneurs, innovators, and achievers to help them build world class organizations through my company The Compendium Group.

I am an Industry Fellow and former Faculty at UC Berkeley. I’ve taught courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, communication, and business. I also love to facilitate learning for others on this journey called life. My career spans consumer products, high-tech, renewable energy, education, and entertainment. I have a background in sales, marketing, business development, teaching, and class development. I’ve been part of companies of all sizes, from startups to billion dollar companies. I founded two startups that were both acquired, and I was CEO for an international clean-tech investor in one of his portfolio companies.

I did my undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, I received my MBA from Cornell University, and I have a MS from Stanford University. My interests include entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, AI, human performance, mindset, learning, and achievement.I have helped students achieve great results over my career, and many of my former students work among some of the most prestigious companies in the world.
