He has been an active player in the Nigerian ICT sector holding various executive positions in ITAN, NCS, ISOC,IGF and others for 0ver 16 years; contributing immensely to the growth of ICT in Nigeria vide multiple ICT programs, conferences, and national assignments.

Matt was a 2-year term vice-chairman for Africa in WITSA and held a four-year term as a director of the board of WITSA (2020-2024 October); WITSA (www.witsa-org) is the World Innovation Technology and Services Alliance that is headquartered in the state of Virginia, USA.
